“Funds are provided to support Social Service Agencies in the adoption and scaling of innovation and technology solutions that will optimise resources and improve productivity for the organisation/sector. Specifically, there are two components:
a) Adoption of Innovation and Productivity Improvement Projects; supports any relevant projects that are not related to IT Adoption, Pre-scoped Consultancy and Research
b) Scaling of Innovation and Productivity Improvement Projects; supports larger scale productivity projects ”

Funding will be disbursed in three tranches: 50% upon signing of Funding Agreement, 40% upon submission of required documents within 5 months after project completion, and 10% upon submission of required documents within 26 months of project completion
