“Funds are provided to Social Service Agencies (SSAs) in the following pre-approved categories: a) Community resources; help SSAs increase productivity by tapping onto community resources to improve pipeline of resources and build community self-support capacity and capability b) Process improvement; help SSAs review current practices, identify better work practices or bottlenecks in work, and re-design processes for improvements or productivity gains c) Ready technology enabler d) Space utilisation; help SSAs achieve productivity enhancements through effective utilisation of space that best meets the needs of clients and staff”
