“Up to 50% of monthly charges for 1st year and up to 25% for 2nd year, capped at $100,000 per charity *30% of approved funding will be disbursed upfront, upon the signing of the VCF funding agreement. The next 30% will be disbursed after the first year of the project. The remaining amount, depending on the actual project cost, will be disbursed upon receipt of reimbursement claim at the end of 2 years”
